How do I pay for my order?

Payments are processed using PayPal. We do not collect credit card or bank information of any kind.

Do I have to use the Lil' LJ shopping cart to place an order?

No. Anyone can place an order by contacting us directly by clicking here.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most products will ship within 5-7 days (custom orders will require additional time). Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should be received an average of 2 to 3 days after ship date (note: Canadian orders will take longer to ship). We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped. If you need your order sooner, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

What colors and sizes are available?

Our apparel is sold in either white or organic. We carry one-piece lap-shoulder bodysuits in 3-6 month and 6-12 month sizes. Our lap-shoulder t-shirt is available in 12-18 month and 18-24 month sizes. Other sizes and styles may be available at an additional charge. For more information on our products click here.

What process do you use to create your products?

We use high quality heat transfer paper and a heat press. This allows us to create quality, personalized designs without color or quantity restrictions.

Does my product require special care?

Our apparel is machine washable. For best results, wash inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water. Dry on low. DO NOT USE BLEACH.

Do you produce custom designs?

Yes. Please contact us for more information on pricing and availability. We reserve the right to decline designs that contain profanity, copyrighted material, illicit pictures or any other design we deem not in keeping with the Lil' LJ look and feel. Custom designs are property of Lil' LJ and can be resold, redesigned and repurposed.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final on personalized & custom designs unless damaged or defective. Exchanges allowed within 30 days of purchase. We are very proud of our product quality and all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible with return instructions.

How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping and handling is $5.00 for orders up to $49.99, $7.00 for orders $50.00 to $99.00, and free on purchases of $100 or more.
